      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide primary support and contact for assigned applications, coordinating issues that arise during projects
      - Consult with various stakeholders to support decisions, workflows, and new initiatives
      - Analyze data and provide critical insights to support assigned programs and projects
      - Recommend innovative application solutions to improve workflows and productivity
      - Assist in the preparation of detailed project work plans and status reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 3 to 5 years of experience leading performance/business process improvement activities
      - Ability to learn Epic's software and obtain EPIC Certification within 3 to 6 months of hire
      - Familiarity with information systems and clinical software
      - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Current Epic certification preferred
      - Experience with performance improvement methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
      - Proven analytical abilities and experience in troubleshooting technical issues
      - Ability to motivate team members and build consensus among stakeholders
