What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain communication with vendor implementation representatives
- Achieve and maintain EPIC certification for assigned application(s)
- Participate in project plan development and monitor milestones
- Analyze workflows, data collection, and technical issues associated with Epic software
- Troubleshoot problems and escalate issues to project leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate Degree or higher education in a related field
- 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- Completion of required training for product implementation and passing certification within 45 days
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to lead meetings and resolve conflicts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- Epic certified (Dorothy/Comfort)
- Previous Epic EMR build experience in another module
- Experience with Epic Dorothy/Comfort Analyst certification
