What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support and contact for assigned application areas
- Coordinate all issues that arise during the project for assigned application areas
- Develop best practice workflows based on decisions from system decision-making groups
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project outcomes
- Participate in training and work with end users to troubleshoot problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in performance/business process improvement
- Ability to learn Epic's software and obtain Certification after training
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous process improvement methodologies
