What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, configure, test, validate, and support Epic applications
- Maintain communication with vendors and business stakeholders
- Analyze workflows and system requirements to align with organizational needs
- Lead design, validation, and testing sessions to ensure system effectiveness
- Support go-live and post-live activities, troubleshooting and escalating issues as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum education requirement: Associate Degree or higher, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT
- Must complete required product implementation training and achieve Epic certification within 45 days of training completion
- Strong leadership, communication, and follow-up skills
- Problem-solving abilities to align system build with organizational requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Healthcare IT
- Epic certification in HIM/Deficiency Tracking
- Proven experience in leading design and testing sessions
- Familiarity with the latest software releases and functionality in healthcare IT
