What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support and contact for assigned applications
- Coordinate issues during projects for designated application areas
- Develop best practice workflows based on system decisions
- Work closely with customers to translate information into application build
- Collaborate with various teams for project management and application integration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Willingness to travel to work sites as needed
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field
- Current Epic OpTime certification preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in performance improvement activities
- Strong communication and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
