What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, configure, test, and validate the EPIC application(s)
- Maintain regular communication with vendor implementation representatives and ensure system meets business needs
- Achieve and maintain EPIC certification for assigned application(s) within required timeframe
- Perform in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues associated with Epic software
- Collaborate with training teams to design and develop training programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate Degree or higher education, or related applicable experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Healthcare IT experience
- Must complete required training for product implementation and pass certification within 45 days of completion
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to lead meetings, prioritize tasks, and manage project plan activities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- Epic certified (Professional Billing)
- Experience in analyzing needs and translating them into system design
- Familiarity with project plan development and monitoring project milestones
