What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support and expertise for assigned Epic applications throughout project lifecycles
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including providers and management, to develop and implement best practice workflows
- Analyze and reengineer business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in the preparation of detailed project work plans and status reports
- Assist in the integration of new functionalities and support upgrade design processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience leading performance/business process improvement activities
- Ability to learn Epic software and obtain certification post-training
- Strong analytical skills to assess workflows and data collection processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with continuous process improvement methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma
- Familiarity with clinical software and information systems
- Proven ability to motivate and lead team members effectively
