What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support and contact for each application
- Consult with providers, clinicians, executives, and management at all levels
- Analyze business processes and reengineer to improve business and clinical needs
- Prepare detailed project work plans and status reports
- Assist in handling multiple projects/assignments simultaneously
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in performance/business process improvement
- Ability to interface with multiple technical and business teams
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epic software or similar applications
- Knowledge of PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous process improvement methodologies
- Previous experience in healthcare IT systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues
- Strong project management skills
