What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support and contact for assigned Epic application areas, coordinating all related issues
- Consult with healthcare providers, executives, and management to support decision-making and workflows
- Analyze business processes and recommend innovative application solutions to improve productivity and patient safety
- Participate in the preparation of detailed project work plans and status reports
- Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in performance/business process improvement activities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Familiarity with information systems and clinical software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epic software and its configuration
- Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma
- Proven ability to lead teams and facilitate consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Experience in project management within a healthcare setting
- Strong analytical skills to assess business operations and inform system build decisions
