What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain regular communication with vendor implementation representatives
- Obtain and maintain EPIC certification for assigned application(s)
- Participate in project plan development and monitoring milestones
- Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and technical issues
- Troubleshoot problems and escalate issues to project leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate Degree or higher education in a related field
- 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- Completion of required training for product implementation
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to lead meetings, resolve conflicts, and manage project activities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- Epic certified (Stork or ClinDoc)
