- Provide targeted, empathetic support via phone and text to families navigating child-serving systems
- Collaborate with Warmline Supervisors and Peer Support Specialists in ongoing meetings, trainings, and team building activities
- Handle confidential information professionally following policies and procedures
- Commit to personal recovery to serve the community at the highest level
- Offer recovery and support services to families seeking understanding and guidance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Family Peer Support Worker (CFPSW) certification or eligibility
- Experience advocating for mental health or developmental needs
- Familiarity with child and family support principles
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in peer support, self-help groups, or working with families facing behavioral health challenges
