What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Calculate Title IV tuition credits and ensure processing within mandated time frames
- Process stipends accurately with minimal margin for error
- Coordinate with campuses and other departments to ensure necessary paperwork is on file
- Accurately process loans within service level agreements
- Perform any other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school/GED required, some college preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in Financial Aid
- One to two years of customer service experience
- Understanding of the timeliness of returning Federal funds
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer software aptitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in financial aid or customer service in an educational setting
