What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive market research and evaluate vendor solutions for procurement and contracting operations
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and map current workflows for improvement
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and facilitate vendor demonstrations
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication throughout the vendor evaluation process
- Develop use cases and document compliance requirements specific to pharmaceutical procurement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of workflow orchestration platforms and enterprise software solutions
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical contracting and supplier management
- Proven ability to evaluate complex software systems and assess vendor capabilities
- Excellent written communication skills for detailed technical reports and presentations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with specific orchestration platforms or procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba)
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
- Knowledge of validation and qualification in regulated environments
