What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Directly source candidates for clinical, behavioral health, nursing, and ancillary professional roles
- Source candidates for project management, information technology, quality management, data analytics, training, workforce development, and healthcare medical staff
- Develop and maintain a candidate base through ongoing communication and engagement
- Conduct in-person interviews and site visits to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with management and report on hiring progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with government contracts
- Experience in physician/clinician/nursing/ancillary recruitment, with a preference for behavioral health, healthcare IT, program management, and biomedical research
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing valuable and timely customer service
- Understanding of federal/state employment regulations and common recruiting metrics
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
