What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns related to various travel services and ensure timely updates
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve guest issues and follow up for satisfaction
- Engage with leadership on complex guest matters and gather necessary information for resolution
- Document guest interactions and maintain accurate records for issue resolution and compensation
- Participate in structured meetings to share insights and improve service quality based on guest feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required; Associate degree in business administration or business management preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or travel-related environment
- Experience handling a high volume of customer escalations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills

- Experience in a customer service role within the travel industry
- Familiarity with CRM software and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
