What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Billing Data Entry with 10-key skills
- Research and verify insurance information
- Communicate with clients/patients to resolve billing defects
- Meet daily and weekly billing goals in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of billing transactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Remote work with high-speed internet and dedicated workspace
- Ability to manage time independently and maintain productivity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Alpha-Numeric Data Entry proficiency
- Extensive computer and phone work experience
