What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate oversight of the compliance program, including healthcare compliance initiatives
- Identify policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Draft and update compliance policies and procedures in consultation with the Chief Compliance Officer
- Develop and implement compliance education sessions annually
- Design and implement a compliance communication strategy for employees

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 7 years of experience in building and maintaining a compliance program with a focus on healthcare compliance
- Experience in drafting policies and procedures, conducting internal investigations, and project management
- Compliance Certification from SCCE, HCCA, or comparable organization
- Working knowledge of global data privacy/data governance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Information Privacy Professional (International Association of Privacy Professionals)
- Clinical, legal, auditing, or regulatory compliance experience
