What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions across the employer's network
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring leaders and candidates
- Represent the employer at virtual events and across social platforms, as well as during occasional hiring events
- Share insights and metrics to improve hiring outcomes
- Develop strong pipelines and implement creative sourcing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Multi-site healthcare recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools
- A consultative, data-informed approach to hiring
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience recruiting physical therapists (PTs), physical therapist assistants (PTAs), occupational therapists (OTs), or certified occupational therapy assistants (COTAs)
