What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead data collection and abstraction for quality measures including HEDIS, CMS, and CHIPRA
- Retrieve medical records with clinical accuracy using remote access to Electronic Medical Record Systems
- Meet daily productivity expectations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency compared to peers
- Perform RateMax duties including medical record review for missed opportunities and provider chase leads
- Conduct claims research and chase activation to ensure quality improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in data abstraction, chart review, and quality audit
- Proficiency in retrieving and reviewing medical records with clinical accuracy
- Ability to meet daily productivity expectations while maintaining a high accuracy rate
- Familiarity with managed care and Medicare quality measures
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in quality improvement and audit processes within the healthcare industry
- Previous experience working with Electronic Medical Record Systems
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality measurement frameworks
