      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health providers
      - Utilize client-customized protocols for patient-centered care
      - Access EMRs for charting and utilize internal applications for job functions
      - Follow instructions, read directions, and be confident using technology
      - Complete shift prep and remaining charting before clocking out

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
      - Experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care, or fast-paced environments
      - Comfortable using multiple technology applications for documentation
      - Fluency in English, additional languages a bonus
      - Legally eligible to work for any employer in the U.S.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced environment such as ED, surgical services, or critical care
      - Ability to handle stress and multitask while empathically communicating with patients
      - Completion of three weeks of remote paid training
      - Comfort with typing in a fast-paced environment
      - Maintaining CEU's as designated by state regulations
