What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Provide after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health providers
- Utilize client-customized protocols for patient-centered care
- Work a minimum of 1 week day shift and every other weekend
- Complete charting and documentation using EMRs and internal applications
- Follow instructions, read directions, and confidently use technology

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
- Experience with end-of-life care
- Must have high-speed internet and a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
- Ability to follow instructions, read directions, and confidently use technology
- Must be available to work every other Saturday and Sunday

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care
- Comfortable accessing multiple technology applications for documentation
- Ability and comfort with typing in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, additional languages a bonus
- Must physically reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work for any employer
