What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for insured families, confirming their needs and explaining the hotel and payment process
- Evaluate and secure hotel accommodations based on family preferences and carrier guidelines
- Facilitate reservations and ensure all necessary authorizations are received
- Communicate confirmations and provide check-in instructions to insured families with professionalism
- Address escalations and support families through challenges with confidence and care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or insurance industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, grammar, and interpersonal skills
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university
- Experience in handling billing concerns or sensitive situations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
- Excellent phone etiquette
