      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring inquiries are resolved with high levels of customer service
      - Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email as the first point of contact for Leave, Disability, and HR-related issues
      - Utilize documentation and resources to provide holistic resolutions and escalate issues when necessary
      - Build trust with customers through personalized and empathetic communication
      - Analyze and decide on disability, leave, and accommodation requests while adhering to processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of recent customer support experience, particularly with phone and chat communications
      - Knowledge and experience in HR-related functions
      - Strong communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy
      - Proficiency in computer usage and information research
      - Ability to manage sensitive employee information and adhere to strict data privacy standards
