Job Responsibilities:
- Execute data maintenance activities, such as preparing mass load transaction templates and updating supervisory organization, cost center, company, location, and custom organizational structures.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge for Workday application and provide application support and resolution of tickets assigned by the Tier I group.
- Use the case management tool to update ticket progress, troubleshoot user support tickets, and resolve them within established SLAs.
- Interact with users at all levels of the organization, as well as vendors and customers, to support applications and resolve queries.
- Implement and test new release enhancements and changes, participate in release and change management activities, and document deployment of applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning, specifically Workday modules such as Human Capital Management (HCM), HR Core, Absence & Time-off, Benefits, Compensation, Job Catalogue, HR Adm, HR IT, and HR Reporting.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft HRMS is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and standard concepts, procedures, and practices within HR.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking abilities, and customer service skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups and work cross-functionally.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Adaptability to a continuously changing environment and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
