What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate potential credit card fraud cases using information from the fraud detection system
- Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to alerts
- Assist in completing lost/stolen reports and blocking compromised accounts
- Build knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
- Maintain accurate documentation of all information necessary for investigations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months
- Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
- Must be on camera during work hours
- U.S. based role only

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months
- Experience in banking customer service, fraud investigation, or collections
