What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to alerts from the fraud detection system
- Assist in completing lost stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts
- Build credit card replacement orders and complete shipping materials
- Begin to develop skills in identifying fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
- Maintain accurate documentation of investigations into potential credit card fraud cases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience within the last 18 months
- Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
- Must be on camera at all times during work hours
- U.S. based role only

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience within the last 18 months
- Experience in banking customer service, fraud detection, or collections
