What is Required (Qualifications):
- Property & Casualty License required (ability to sell both personal and commercial insurance)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient typing speed while communicating with customers
- Strong knowledge of auto policies, underwriting, and billing guidelines
- Professional phone etiquette

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to be qualified by DOI to be appointed as a licensed sales agent by multiple insurance carriers
- Passionate, self-motivated, and autonomous work ethic
- Flexibility to adhere to specified training and working schedules without conflicts
