  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Field inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced production environment of a Fortune 250 company
  - Influence customer purchasing decisions by effectively presenting TV, internet, and wireless products and services
  - Build and maintain customer relationships with honesty and integrity
  - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction
  - Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
  - High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  - Must possess a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and a persuasive personality
  - Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
  - Must have a home workspace with wired internet and necessary equipment for remote work

  - Experience with consultative sales techniques
  - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  - Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
