What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Introduce the employer’s menu of service contracts to the current customer base
- Establish new business sales through email and outbound phone campaigns
- Identify key decision-makers for service contracts and discuss service menu options in detail
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails for feedback on service contract options
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance service contracts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- AA/BS/BA or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of inside sales, direct sales, customer service, or telemarketing experience
- Proven sales record of success and strong customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to build positive client relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior service contract selling experience
- Confidence and professionalism as a self-starter
- Experience in prospecting and moving opportunities through the sales cycle
- Familiarity with biomed and materials management departments
- Ability to craft solutions that meet business goals based on client discussions
