What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and courteously
- Utilize training and resources to accurately answer customer inquiries and sell products/services
- Listen to customers to understand their needs and resolve issues effectively
- Document customer orders and manage accounts using company systems
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type at least 20 words per minute with accuracy
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or administrative support in a contact center environment
- Previous state or federal work experience
