What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner
- Utilize training and knowledge to accurately answer customer questions and sell appropriate products and services
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve any issues they may have
- Document and process customer orders accurately in the appropriate systems
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on program knowledge and changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or similar roles in a contact center environment
- Experience working in state or federal positions
