What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound calls related to Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and major medical insurance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues following established guidelines and procedures.
- Process non-clinical PBM rejections and assist with prior authorization requests.
- Verify benefits for major medical insurance and confirm network status.
- Document interactions with customers, including complaints and actions taken.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or call center settings.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic PC skills, including proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a diplomatic manner.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service related to adherence and complex disease states.
- Ability to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Intermediate level PC skills, including usage of MS Windows and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
