What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to assess Medicare Advantage plan members’ eligibility for additional benefits
- Assist members with general social programs and community resources
- Meet performance metrics related to schedule adherence, call availability, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining accurate case documentation
- Participate in staff development programs and contribute positively to team dynamics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in inbound and outbound call centers with client interaction
- Sales experience and strong negotiation skills are essential
- Bilingual in English and Korean, with excellent communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable remote work environment
