      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence related to Workers' Compensation Defense
      - Maintain and manage a large volume of case files efficiently
      - Collaborate remotely with attorneys and support staff to advance cases
      - Ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation across all platforms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years' experience as a Legal Assistant in a Workers' Compensation Defense firm in California
      - Hands-on experience preparing legal documents for Workers' Compensation cases
      - Comfortable managing a heavy caseload (100+ cases)
      - Proficiency with Case Management Software (Word-based workflows alone will not meet this requirement)
      - Able to type 75+ words per minute
