What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls or leads from customers.
- Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs.
- Match customers with the appropriate coverages, products, and benefits.
- Convert leads into customers through effective sales techniques.
- Interact with customers through warm inbound calls.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a Personal Producer Lines or Property and Casualty License.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and customer service.
- Engaging, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in typing and PC usage.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Advanced knowledge of insurance products and coverages.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience working in a contact center or call center environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
