What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advocate for policyholders by guiding them through the claims process
- Analyze problems and make proactive recommendations to prevent future issues
- Provide exceptional customer service through verbal and written communication

- Manage schedules and meet deadlines independently with attention to detail
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of prior Claims Adjuster experience
- Active 6-20 All-Lines license with up-to-date continuing education
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar role in the insurance industry
- Additional certifications related to claims adjusting
