      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies with customers and depots
      - Coordinate national and international freight, optimizing transport without pallet swaps
      - Serve as the main contact for contract customers via phone and email, managing the full order process
      - Handle claims and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining accurate master data
      - Collaborate with production, logistics, sales, and quality teams to support continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or a customer-facing role within the logistics industry
      - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered
      - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or TMS is a strong plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a significant advantage but not mandatory
