      - Meet operational performance standards, goals, and metrics

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of two years of customer service and/or sales experience
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Flexibility to work weekends
