What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to assess resident needs and develop care plans
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations in completing the RAI process
- Monitor and maintain accurate MDS status of assigned residents
- Conduct thorough coding of the MDS based on medical record review and interactions with staff, residents, and families
- Assist in coordinating daily stand-up meetings and assessment reference dates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an approved RN / LVN program and licensed in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Excellent knowledge of Case-Mix, Federal Medicare PPS process, and Medicaid reimbursement
- Thorough understanding of the Quality Indicator process and OBRA regulations
- Experience with MDS 3.0 is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
