      Job Title: REMOTE Mechanical Engineer Opportunity

      Job Description

      We are seeking a mid-level Mechanical Engineer with 6–10 years of experience to join our team. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside in the Denver metro area to conduct regular site visits. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical skills, a client-focused mindset, and a passion for mentoring junior engineers.

      Responsibilities

      • Lead and support mechanical design projects from concept through construction.
      • Conduct site visits, field surveys, and inspections in the Denver & surrounding areas.
      • Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to develop innovative HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
      • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
      • Serve as a client-facing representative, attending meetings and presenting design solutions.
      • Mentor and support junior engineering staff, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
      • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.

      Essential Skills

      • 6–10 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.
      • Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems design.
      • Proficiency in Revit.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
      • Must be located in the Denver metro or surrounding areas.
      • PE license not required but must be actively pursuing licensure.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Familiarity with sustainable design practices.
      • Prior experience mentoring junior staff.

      Work Environment

      The role offers a remote work environment with flexible hours, requiring presence for site visits in the Denver area. The mechanical team consists of about 18 people. The work schedule includes 9-hour workdays from Monday to Thursday and half days on Fridays.       Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
