What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct professional interviews and follow-up calls to gather personal and medical information from proposed insureds
- Enter data accurately into the Application Interview System (AIS) and Assistant Underwriting System (AURA)
- Provide prompt and professional service to all inquiries via phone or in writing
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
- Educate customers about App Assist policies, procedures, and guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with medical knowledge and comfort with medical terminology
- Proficient in data entry and customer service
- Ability to maintain a private office space for remote work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Familiarity with medical vocabulary
