      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct professional interviews and follow-up calls to gather personal and medical information from proposed insureds
      - Review documents and correspondence to obtain additional information
      - Accurately enter data into the Application Interview System (AIS) and Assistant Underwriting System (AURA)
      - Provide prompt and professional service to inquiries received via phone or in writing
      - Collaborate effectively with various departments to resolve issues and expedite business processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of administrative or customer service experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills
      - Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of medical terminology
      - Experience in data entry and customer service
      - Ability to maintain a private office space for remote work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
      - Strong administrative and organizational skills
      - Familiarity with medical vocabulary and terminology
      - Proficient with computers for remote work requirements
