What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and deliver sales analytics for the US sales organization
- Plan and oversee sales incentives and pricing strategies
- Administer and support pricing and contract management
- Provide leadership support to the US Sales team
- Collaborate with Sales Operations Director and US Sales leadership team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales operations or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in sales analytics and incentive planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in medical device sales operations
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
