What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process scanned medical records using proprietary software to support healthcare facilities
- Ensure accuracy and productivity in record processing, contributing to patient care
- Monitor individual performance metrics and work towards set goals
- Participate in structured training sessions and ongoing team meetings via Zoom
- Work flexible hours, including potential overtime, to meet client demands
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick, informed decisions
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks and work on a computer for an entire shift
- Basic computer, typing, and 10-key skills
- An internet connection of at least 50 megabit download and 10 megabit upload
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with medical records is helpful, but not required
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
