What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process scanned medical records using patented software to support healthcare facilities
- Ensure accuracy and productivity in handling medical records that impact patient care
- Monitor performance metrics and work towards individual goals
- Participate in structured training and ongoing team meetings via Zoom
- Maintain a distraction-free home work environment with a reliable internet connection
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick informed decisions
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks and work on a computer for an entire shift
- Experience with medical records is helpful but not required
- Ability to connect equipment directly via Ethernet cable for optimal performance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related position
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills
- Experience working in a remote environment
