What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound/outbound calls to screen Medicare Advantage plan members
- Provide assistance with general social programs
- Meet performance metrics related to schedule adherence and KPIs
- Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements
- Participate in staff and operational development programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School or General Education Degree
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in Inbound and Outbound Call Centers
- Sales experience with the ability to engage individuals over the phone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and high-speed internet connection
