Responsibilities:

- Conduct telephonic screening services for Medicare Advantage beneficiaries
- Make outbound and handle inbound telephone calls to confirm Veteran status and assist with Department of Veteran Affairs benefits
- Review benefits and provide assistance with social programs
- Meet production goals by conducting telephonic outreach activities
- Ensure proper phone etiquette and adherence to scripts

Qualifications:

- High School or General Education Degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience with direct consumer interaction and telephone sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate with elderly individuals
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- Ability to analyze and interpret program criteria
