What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct telephonic screening services for Medicare Advantage beneficiaries
- Review benefits and provide assistance with social programs
- Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements
- Participate in staff and operational development programs
- Demonstrate behaviors reflecting the company's vision, mission, and values
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated experience with direct consumer interaction and telephone sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
- Fluency in languages other than English and Spanish
