      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make outgoing calls to connect with clients regarding pre-approval mortgages and manage incoming client inquiries
      - Provide solutions tailored to individual customer needs while upselling refinancing options
      - Maintain a strong understanding of mortgage products and explain conditions and required documents to clients
      - Collaborate with peers to enhance operational efficiency and ensure timely responses to client inquiries
      - Take ownership of client issues, demonstrating problem-solving skills to turn challenges into positive experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated experience in mortgages, with mortgage underwriting experience considered an asset
      - Strong communication skills to convey detailed information effectively
      - Ability to embrace and adapt to change, continuously evolving work practices
      - Team-oriented mindset, understanding the value of collaboration in achieving collective goals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
