What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze team performance metrics related to customer service and retention efforts
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans to address deficiencies
- Ensure departmental results meet critical performance metrics
- Onboard and train new customer service hires to ensure successful acclimation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a sales call center
- 2-4 years of experience leading a remote team
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable working in a high-volume role
- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
